The VortexMaster FSV430/450 provides accurate and reliable flow measurement data and is able to compensate for vibrations as well as pressure and temperature effects.
VortexMaster FSV430 is the basic meter for volume flow applications. It uses a two-wire transmitter with leading edge DSP-Technology with excellent vibration compensation and enables user friendly intuitive operation directly through the glass. It is available in flange-mount and wafer-type designs.
VortexMaster FSV450 is the universal vortex meter for high end flow applications. It uses a two-wire transmitter with leading edge DSP-Technology with enhanced flow computer functionality. Signals from remote sensors like pressure, temperature, density or gas content can be computed directly with the signals from internal flow and temperature. Ideal for direct mass flow or standard flow of gases and liquids or direct mass and energy flow on saturated and overheated steam.
The SRV500 is the latest verification product from ABB offering in-situ verification for electromagnetic flowmeters. The verification products can verify a flowmeter’s accuracy without the need to remove the instrument for calibration, offering significant savings in time and cost. The sofware provides an overall PASS/FAIL and a detailed measurement of the device internals. The standard version of the ABB ability allows the user to verify a device in situ within 5 minuets, increasing efficiently and reducing risk.
